I started Joelynn Solutions because clean books are not enough. You deserve to understand your money and feel in control of it. That belief runs through everything we do. We do not just keep your books. We make sure you know what they mean.
Our Story
Joelynn Solutions was founded by Megan in September 2021, born from an unexpected discovery. While building another business, she had to learn bookkeeping. She loved it. The numbers, the analysis, the puzzle of pulling all the pieces together just clicked. That love turned into a business, and Joelynn Solutions was officially born.
Megan is a small business owner herself. She knows what it feels like to pursue your own dream, and she knows how overwhelming it can be to look at your finances and not know what you're seeing. Too many business owners avoid their books because they feel confusing or intimidating. We're here to change that.
Our mission is to help business owners understand their money, get a clear picture of their cash flow, and use that clarity to grow. We want you to open your books without dread and leave every interaction with us knowing exactly where your business stands.
We don't want to just hand you a PDF at the end of the month. We want to be the team you turn to when you want real insight on your budget, your cash, and what your numbers are telling you. Our ten-year goal is to help 1,000 business owners get the financial clarity they need to grow the business they've always dreamed of.
What’s in a name?
Many people ask where the name of the company came from. Joelynn is a name Megan’s sister created. Their father’s name was Joel, and their mother’s middle name is Lynn. Their father passed away when Kristin and Megan were in college, and their mother (Terri) had always wished her middle name would be passed on. As a tribute to both of our parents, Kristin created the name Joelynn. She gave that middle name to her oldest daughter, and Megan used it to name the company.
